THE PERFECT COLESLAW
Ingredients:
1 small cabbage or half a big one
3 medium carrots
4 tb spoons mayo
1 spoon mustard
pepper
salt
Slice your cabbage and carrot to Julienne type slices. Place them in a salad bowl and add the salt and pepper. Stir well! Leave the bowl to a dry place for 15 minutes and then add the mustard. Stir again until you have a compact mix. Leave it for half an hour to let all the juices out. After that poor the juices out and add your mayo. Enjoy!
